2008

Wow 2008 is already hear and it is off to a great start! Who says real estate is bad??? As far as I know the mid-west is on fire. With rates continuing to drop off the charts buyers are beginning to take purchase agreements serious. My family is greatful :) I am not sure as to the future of the economy and I am not going to begin to act like I know but I do know that there is still activity in the central Iowa real estate nation. On a side note, what's with all the snow and ice?
